BusinessDent — cloud practice-management software for dental clinics

BusinessDent is the first cloud-based practice-management platform for dental clinics in Moldova — replacing paper records and spreadsheets with a shared system between reception, dentists and clinic owners.

Scheduling conflicts, slow access to patient history, medical documentation that had to match official Moldovan clinical protocols (form 043/e), and no way for clinic owners to see what was happening across locations.

Built as a multi-tenant cloud application so every clinic gets its own data without separate installs — a shared calendar that syncs across devices in real time, a graphical tooth-chart for treatment plans with automatic cost calculation, and digital patient records modeled on Moldova's official medical-record format. Role-based views keep dentists, reception and clinic owners looking at the same data through different lenses.

The platform is the leading dental practice-management software in Moldova: 524 dentists across 125 clinics, with 273,000+ patient records on file.
